Massage Therapy has been used for thousands of years worldwide, and the benefits continue to compound. Whether you are looking for relaxation, pain relief, increasing range of motion, or other reasons, massage can help your body find true balance.
Yoga helps relieve pain thru building up your weak muscles and lengthening your tight muscles. With focus on flexibility and balance, you can reduce your chance of injury by a significant amount.
The combination of Massage Therapy and guided Yoga classes can improve  your quality of life by minimizing or even eliminating muscle pain and injury. It's the perfect combination  to promote  better sleep and increased energy. So sign up today!
  1. Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is used to help with general pain, limited range of motion, and muscle tension. This modality is done on the massage table using hypoallergenic creams and oils. The client will always be draped with a sheet only uncovering the areas of the body necessary to provide the massage. This is the most common modality of massage used in the United States because of its relaxing nature and positive results.
  2. Thai Massage
Thai Massage is done on a futon or mat with the client fully clothed. This non-invasive practice is used to promote positive energy flow in the body through use of stretches and “sen” points used in traditional Thai medicine. The pace used in Thai Massage promotes relaxation, while the stretches give a sense of energy to the client. It is recommended that the client wears comfortable and stretchy clothing in order to fully enjoy the experience of this unique modality. The client will come out refreshed and energized.
  3. Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is similar in form to Swedish Massage, but allows for more pressure to reach the deeper muscles and tendons in the body. If there is a buildup of scar tissue or fibrosis, deep tissue massage can be beneficial to restore mobility and break up these deep adhesions. Open communication is important for this modality to ensure a positive experience.
  4. Customized Therapeutic Massage
This would provide for a combination of treatments in each session. If I do not offer a full hour of a specific modality, you may request it in this massage as part of the hour treatment, such as; Cranial Sacral Release, Aromatherapy, LomiLomi, Reflexology, or Trager. This is a wonderful selection if you would like a great combination massage with treatments specific to you.
  5. Oncology Massage
This modality is appropriate for people currently overcoming or in remission from cancer, the flare up stage of Multiple Sclerosis, or other health conditions that create pain or limited mobility. Making use of Polarity and Reflexology, this provides the positive, gentle touch that can help to promote rest, and taking the time out to do something good for yourself.
  6. Expecting Mothers Massage

  1. Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a chair massage based on the Ayurvedic healing system. It is best if the client wears clothing that can easily be slid off the shoulders for the best coverage such as a tank top or spaghetti straps. It focuses on restoring flexibility and range of motion in the neck and upper shoulders.
